The protection of your personal data is important to us. This Privacy Notice explains what data is processed when you use this website and the SpraySpy® SCAI tool, and what rights you have.

3. Local Processing of Spray Pattern Data

The core function of SpraySpy® SCAI — the analysis of spray pattern images and data uploaded by the User — is performed entirely locally within the User's web browser, on the User's own device. Images or files that a User loads into the tool for analysis are not transmitted to, stored on, or otherwise processed on our servers. We have no access to this content.

4. Server Log Data

Like most websites, our web server automatically records certain technical data whenever this website is accessed, for example: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring website, date and time of access, and the amount of data transferred. This data is processed for the purpose of technically delivering the website, ensuring system security and stability, and is not combined with other data sources to identify individual users. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in the secure and reliable operation of our website. This data is typically deleted automatically after a short period, unless retention is required for security incident investigation.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not set cookies beyond those that may be strictly necessary for its technical operation, and does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

6. Contact

If you contact us, for example by email, the personal data you provide (e.g., name, email address, content of your message) will be processed solely to handle your inquiry, based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, and will be deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: request confirmation of and access to your personal data (Art. 15); request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16); request erasure (Art. 17); request restriction of processing (Art. 18); receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20); object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21); and withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. The competent authority for AOM-Systems GmbH is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

8. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR in connection with this website.

9. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The version published on this website at the time of your visit shall apply.
